Two leather covered sofas, open fire with back boiler, T.V., DVD player, CD player.

2 rooms with double beds
1 room with two single beds
Cot and high chair are also provided and a hairdryer

5 Bedroom House

3 double bedrooms are located downstairs. Each of these rooms has a vanity unit

Main Bathroom (downstairs) has a bath and separate electric shower area
Upstairs Bathroom has an electric shower

A garage is attached to each of the houses with access from the kitchen. It is ideal for dogs and storage of sports equipment/golf clubs etc. The washing machine and dryer is located in the garage.

4 Bedroom House

​This is a large and very comfortable house offering spacious living area. It is situated on it’s own site with gated garden to the front of the property with ample parking. It is within  short walking distance from the main site where the other properties are located. Persons staying in this property have access to all amenities located at the main site. There is a large kitchen/dining room with all mod cons. There is a washing machine, dryer and chest freezer in the utility room which is located at the back door of the house. There are two sitting rooms in the house both with flat screen TV. One of these sitting rooms has a solid fuel stove and the other has a electric fire.
 
Bedrooms:
1 double bedroom (downstairs) with direct access to main bathroom.
1 double bedroom (upstairs) with en-suite
2 bedrooms (upstairs) which have a double bed and single bed with en-suite.
Cot, high chair and stair gate are provided.
 
Bathrooms:
1 family bathroom with separate bath and shower.
1 toilet off the utility room
3 en-suites
Towels provided

​Garage:
Ideal for storage of sports equipment and for pets and has a toilet.
Patio furniture is provided.

Wi-Fi is available at a weekly charge of €20 or €10 per weekend
(Wi-Fi must be pre-arranged and is subject to availability)
Electricity is included in the price

Oil heating (5 hours is provided free of charge during winter months). €2 per hour for heating which can be arranged before or during your stay.

There is ample parking on site. The communal areas have picnic tables, playground for children, tennis court, basketball hoop. 

Check-In time 4pm - 9pm
